Returns 

All sales are final.

Because each piece is vintage and often one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all descriptions and photographs before purchasing, and reach out with any questions.

Condition 

Every item in the shop is a curated vintage piece with its own history. Light wear, patina, or minor imperfections are part of the character of vintage décor. Any notable flaws will be clearly described, and additional photos are available upon request.

Processing & Shipping 

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days of payment.  Larger or heavier pieces may require up to 5 business days for careful packing.  Shipping is primarily via USPS or UPS. Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.

Bundled Shipments 

If you purchase multiple items, I’m happy to combine shipping whenever possible.  This helps reduce cost and packaging waste.  If combined shipping creates a meaningful difference in postage, I will refund the overage.

Local Pickup 

Local pickup is available by appointment.  After purchase, I'll contact you to arrange a convenient time and provide the pickup location.  Please ensure items are collected within 7 days, unless otherwise arranged.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is offered within a limited radius for a small fee.  If you're nearby and would prefer delivery, please contact me before purchasing so I can confirm availability and provide a delivery estimate.

Packaging 

All items are packed with care to ensure safe arrival.  Whenever possible, I use recycled or recyclable packing materials.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

Once an item has been handed to the carrier, transit and delivery are outside my control.  If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me promptly and I will assist you in navigating the carrier's claim process.
